The Colorado Attorney General's Securities Fraud Unit cordially invites you to the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center to attend a basic training in securities and securities fraud.
The Colorado Attorney General's Securities Fraud Team recognizes the importance of training how to approach securities fraud, a crime that is often difficult to detect or understand. This program is designed to assist law enforcement and regulatory professionals in identifying securities fraud and addressing investor complaints. We hope to enhance the strong working relationship between law enforcement, regulators and the securities enforcement community.
We encourage Criminal Investigators, Law Enforcement, and Regulators to attend this small gathering and help in the preventing and investigating of securities fraud.
